Col. Willard Bradford Litchfield, US. Army-Ret., age 86, a resident of East 10th Street, Washington, died Friday, October 7, 2016 at his home.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 11:00 AM in Oakdale Cemetery.
