Freda Tess Lynn, 55, of 1460 Fairview Church Road, Williamston, died Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice, Greenville.

Born in Washington County, April 1, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Reba Spruill Tess. She was married to Allen Lynn who survives.

She was a member of Plymouth Church of Christ, where she was very instrumental during Wednesday night meals.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am, Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Plymouth Church of Christ. Bob Moulden and Jay Hardison will officiate. Burial will follow in the family plot in Hillside Memorial Gardens, Plymouth.

Surviving are two daughters, Rebecca L. Williams and husband Christopher of Jamesville, Robyn Lynn of Staunton, VA; a son, Jayden Lynn of the home; three grandchildren, Pierce Williams, Piper Williams and Palmer Williams; two brothers, PJ Tess of Dover, NC, Pat Tess and wife, Ginger of Rocky Mount; two sisters, Linda T. Esolen and husband, Timothy and Terry T. Waters and husband, Geary, both of Plymouth.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Raegan Lynn Williams.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Plymouth Church of Christ.
