Members of the Northeast Elementary School Cougars’ cheerleading squad cheered their way down Main Street in Belhaven during the town’s annual Christmas parade on Saturday. The parade wrapped up a series of events and activities for “Ride the Belhaven Express” which will be feature in the upcoming Washington Daily News’ special section, Beaufort County Christmas, on Dec. 21.
