Mr. Sammy James Windley, of 115 Tyler Street, Washington, died Friday, December 9, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center.

Mr. Windley’s funeral will be at St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church at 1pm Wednesday, December 14, 2016.

The burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

There will be a public viewing of Mr. Windley in the Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel Tuesday the 13^th between 2-5pm.

The family will continue to receive visitors at the home.
