Richard “Jr. Boy” Dixon, 68, of 11140 Old Us Hwy 70, Cove City, died Friday, January 6, 2017 at CarolinaEast Medical Center in New Bern.

Homegoing services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday at Bryant Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, 506 N. Main St., Cove City. Burial will follow in the Core Creek Cemetery. Viewing will be held from 2-6pm at the funeral home and will resume one hour prior to the service at the church.
