Mr. Tony E. Whitaker, “Baseball,” resident of 324 W. 9^th Street, Washington, died January 8, 2017.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Evergreen Holiness Church. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. Viewing will be Thursday, January 12 beginning at 2:00 at the funeral home. The family will receive friends 6:00-7:00 in the chapel.

The family is receiving friends at the home of his uncle, Horace “Saint” Moore, 829 N. NC Hwy 171, Washington.
