Cleveland Fitzhugh Hudson, age 60, a resident of Washington, died Saturday, January 14, 2017 at his home.

No services will be held at this time.

Mr. Hudson was born on November 24, 1956 to the late Roy Young Hudson and Brownie Lee Hudson.

He was an electrician for many years. Mr. Hudson enjoyed spending time with his dog Chico and working with wood.

Survivors include his brother, Scott Young Hudson and wife Denise of Hillsboro, a sister, Ann Lavelle Kennedy and husband Edward of Valdese, nieces and nephews, Erica Burden, Chad Hudson and wife Stacy and their son Brandon, Clayton Hudson, Curtis Hudson, Todd Frisbee, his fiancée, Edith Fortuna and her son Christopher Fortuna and a brother-in-law Mickey Burden.

He is preceded in death by a sister, Ellen Elizabeth Hudson Burden.
