Mrs. Velma L. Brown, formerly of Washington, died Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, SC.

The family will receive visitors at the home of her niece, Marie Mitchell, at 5694 Sandy Ridge Drive in Washington.
