Peggy and Jesse Rawls of Washington, NC, are pleased to announce the engagement of their son Joseph Monroe Rawls to Lindsay Melissa Brandino.

Lindsay is the daughter of Fran and Leo Brandino of Canton, GA.

The couple will exchange vows at a private ceremony on March 11, 2017, in Atlanta, GA.
