Righting a wrong

To the Editor:

I adopted a very special dog from Julianne Harris, Cesar, a curly coat lab. When I got him, everything she had told me about his personality and temperament was on the mark. She knew these things because she cares for and spends time with each dog to make sure they are successful in their new homes. Her reputation needs to be repaired, and the person who falsely accused her should be charged.

To the Editor:

I have known and worked with Julianne since 2009. Together we had adopted a lot of dogs in the New Hampshire area. I am appalled the county has done this to her. A few years ago, we had tried getting dogs out of that shelter, and they were not very rescue friendly. Perhaps you need to do some investigative reporting there!

Julianne has always done what is best for the dogs and put her heart and soul into saving dogs. She herself suffers some severe health issues, yet worries about her dogs and puts them before herself.

I certainly hope something is done to right this wrong as it is heartbreaking.
