Northside senior Ethan Cosentino was awarded the Bryan Keith Woolard Memorial Scholarship during Thursday’s senior-night festivities. Cosentino became the ninth soon-to-be Panther graduate to receive the award. The scholarship was created after Woolard, a former Northside baseball phenom, tragically passed away in an automobile accident in 2009. Cosentino has shined both on the diamond and in the classroom throughout his time at Northside. Woolard’s son, Panther freshman Ryan Woolard, threw out an emotional first pitch prior to the game.
