Following a second battle with cancer, Rebecca Powell Morse passed away peacefully in her home in Washington, surrounded by her loving family on June 4, 2017.

A memorial service will be held at Grace Lutheran Church in Washington on Wednesday, June 7 at 2pm, with a reception to follow in the Fellowship Hall.
