Mr. and Mrs. Charles Louis Woolard Sr. of Beaufort County, along with big brother Wyatt, would like to announce the birth of their son and brother, “Charlie,” Charles Louis Woolard Jr., born Wednesday, June 21, 2017, 3:23 am at Vidant Medical Center in Pitt County. He weighed 6 pounds and 14 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long. 

His mother is the former Emily Elizabeth Keech of Beaufort County.  

Maternal grandparents are Pamela Keech and Richard Holton, and Rodney Keech of Beaufort County. Maternal great grandparents are Ricky and Flame Leggett and Dorothy Leggett and the late Whitford Keech of Beaufort County. 

Paternal grandparents are Gary Holland and the late Geneva Holland of Beaufort County.
