Shirley A. Windley, formerly of Washington, died October 25, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.

Ms. Shirley’s funeral will be 11am Saturday, November 4th at The Temple Of Jesus Christ in Washington, with a viewing from 10-11am in the church. There also will be a public viewing on Friday evening from 6-9pm in the Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel at 208 West MLK Jr. Dr.

Ms. Shirley’s burial will be in Pamlico Memorial Gardens.
