Mr. Walter Lee Kinlaw Sr., of 3911 U.S. Highway 17 in Washington, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2017, at Roanoke Rivers Rehabilitation Centre. The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter Audrey Whidbee at 114 Stable Lane in Ahoskie.
