November 11, 1931 – December 2, 2017

Inez Ange Padgett, 86 formerly of Ange Town Community of Jamesville died Saturday, December 2, 2017 at her residence in Cold Spring, Kentucky where she has resided with family for the past 10 years.

Born November 11, 1931 in Martin County she was the daughter of the late Bonnie Lee Ange and Addie Bell Modlin Ange and was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Hertford Padgett. Inez retired from Belk Tyler of Williamston and was a member of Mt. Olive Free Will Baptist Church.

Her family includes her daughters, Cerese Padgett Manning and husband Carroll of Roper, N.C., Lynette Padgett Pugh and husband Ben of Cold Spring, Kentucky and Sheila Padgett of Cold Spring, Kentucky; sister, Helen Ange Dunlow and husband Ronald of Askewville, N.C.; brother, Larry Ange and wife Betty Jo of Jamesville, N.C.; sister-in-law, Marie Padgett Ange of Jamesville, N.C.; grandchildren, Andrew Niebuhr, Sara Niebuhr, Kelly Flerage and husband Leo, Ben Pugh and wife Jennifer and Tom Pugh.; great grandchildren, Erianna Niebuhr, Eli Flerage, Kate Flerage, Todd Pugh, Shawn Pugh and Reagan Pugh and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be held Friday, December 8, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth with Robert Travis officiating. Burial will follow in the Ange Family Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at Maitland Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mt. Olive Free Will Baptist Church, 5548 Long Ridge Road, Plymouth, N.C. 27962.
