Mr. James Russell Moore, 75, of Pantego, died Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017. Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, at Holly Grove Church of Christ, 5373 Sidney Road, Belhaven. Burial will be held at Holly Grove Church Cemetery, Belhaven. Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations Chapel.
