Jesse Taylor Woolard, 71, a resident of Elizabeth City and a Beaufort County native, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018, at his son’s home in Hertford. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018, in the Woolard Family Cemetery in Washington. Arrangements are by Sawyer Funeral Home of Williamston.
