Evelyn Hoggard Williford, 95, of U.S. Highway 13 North, Windsor, died Monday, March 5, 2018, surrounded by family. A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 8, 2018, at 11 a.m. at the Windsor United Methodist Church. Rev. Joan Fischer will officiate. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 7, 2018, from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home and from the home at other times.
