Emaline Hoggard Baker, 99, of Bakertown Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, March 6, 2017, at her home. A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 10, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Windsor Assembly of God. Rev. Chuck Gray and Rev. David Baker will officiate. A private burial will follow. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Windsor Assembly of God, following the funeral service.
