Julio Cesar Espinoza Garcia, 23, a resident of 228 Baker Drive, Washington, died Saturday March 3, 2018, as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2018, at Washington Assembly of God in Washington. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 1 p.m. until the service hour and other times at the home. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.
