Mrs. Celeste Marguerite Howe, of 206 Oak Drive, Washington, formerly of New York, died Sunday, April 1, 2018, at Vidant Medical Center. The family will receive friends at the home of her mother Janice Stevenson. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
