Mr. Jessie Lee Carter, 62, of 68 Wilkins Farm Road, Plymouth, died April 18, 2018, at home. A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 22, 2018, at Eastern North Carolina Assembly in Roper, with Bishop Daniel Gilliam officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Memorial Garden Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday, at Eastern North Carolina Assembly in Roper and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
