Mrs. Allie Elenora Waters Respess, age 94, a resident of the Long Acre Township of Plymouth, died Monday, April 23, 2018, at Washington County Hospital. A graveside funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2018, at Respess Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, April 26, 2018, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
