WILLIAM A. JOHNSON, 23, an inmate at Tyrrell Prison Work Farm, was arrested on April 25 by the Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with possession of a cell phone/communications device by an inmate, Sheriff Darryl Liverman reported. Johnson’s court date is May 22.
