Mr. Felton Gray Carter, formerly of the Yatesville Community and a resident of Sumter, South Carolina, died May 3, 2018. A funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, May 12, 2018, at White Plain Ministries, Belhaven. Burial will follow at Northside Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church on hour before the service and from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, May 11, 2018, at the funeral home. Family will receive friends at the home of Robert and Queen Stanley, 629 U.S. Highway 264 East, Belhaven. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation.
