Some of the award winners in the recent Arts Festival sponsored annually by the Outer Banks Woman’s Club of Kill Devil Hills are shown above. They are from group homes for special needs individuals in Columbia and Fairfield. The children’s group at First Flight Middle School also won awards including a second place state winner.
