Mrs. Rosa L. Barrett, a resident of 1624 Highland Drive, Washington, died Monday, May 21, 2018. A funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Sunday, May 27, 2018, at Beebe Memorial CME Church Washington. The internment will be at the Cedar Hill Cemetery, in Washington. The family will be receiving friends at 213 W. Sixth St., Washington. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
