Mrs. Brenda Horton Johnson, of 604 W. Third St., Washington, died Thursday, June 21, 2018, at Vidant Hospice. A  funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2018, at the Temple of Jesus Christ at 906 W. Eighth St., Washington. She will be laid to rest in Cedar Hill Cemetery. There will be a public viewing Sunday, June 24, 2018, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. at  Metropolitan AME Church, 104 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington, and one hour prior to the funeral Monday at the Temple of Jesus Christ. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W.
