Aerial spraying to eradicate stink bugs in corn in this field west of Columbia took place on June 16. Andrea Gibbs, Hyde & Tyrrell County Agriculture Extension Agent, emailed scouting and spraying recommendations from NC State University, and two men scouted the field shortly before the airplane arrived.
