Walter Wayne “Popcorn” Harden, 79, of White Oak Road, Windsor, died July 4, 2018, at Vidant Bertie Hospital. A funeral services will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018, at 3 p.m. at Askewville Baptist Church. Rev. Zack Hicks will officiate. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, July 6, 2018, from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, and from the home at other times. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
