Mrs. Veldra Arthur, of 945 W. Pantego St., Belhaven, died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018, at Vidant Medical in Greenville. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018, at New Beginning FH&C Chapel, Washington. The family will be receiving family and friends at 945 W. Pantego St., Belhaven. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
