Mrs. Idell Braggs, 85, of 1206 Corbett St., Wilmington, died Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018, at St. Andrews AME Zion Church, Wilmington. Burial will follow in the Browntown Community Cemetery, Hampstead. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the church. Arrangements are by the Trinity Memorial Funeral Home.
