Mrs. Dorothy Rutledge Dixon, age 86, a resident of the Clark’s Neck Community, Washington, died Friday Dec. 14, 2018 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
