Betty H. Triplett, 71, a resident of Kelford, died at Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center in Windsor, on Friday, Dec. 28, 2018. Arrangements will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
