Ms. Tina Jean Lanier Fulcher, age 74, a resident of 803 E. Fifth St., Washington, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019, at her home. In lieu of services, Ms. Fulcher wishes were for all family and friends to spend time together with their family to celebrate life and love.
