Michael Wayne Weeks, 59, of 12205 160^th St., Jamaica, New York, formerly of La Grange, died Jan. 10, 2019, at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Long Island, New York. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2018, at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 18, 2019, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at St. James Church of Christ Disciples of Christ, La Grange.
