Mr. George Smith, Jr., formerly of 609 W. 13th St., Washington, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019, at Concordia Road Manor, Durham. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26 , 2019, at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Washington.
