Carlton Bernard Manning, Sr., a resident of Washington, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019, at Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends at the cemetery following the service and other times at the Manning residence at 112 S. Wharton Station Road in Washington.
