Ms. Mary Elizabeth Noe, 77, a resident of Washington, died Feb. 2, 2019, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019, at First United Methodist Church of Washington. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
