Mr. Milton Mayhue Carter Jr., of 1988 Tripp Road, Blounts Creek, died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019, at home. The family will receive friends at the home. A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, at St. Anna MB Church, Blounts Creek. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8 , 2019, at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
