Jo Ann Roughton Basnight Patrick, 68, of Columbia, died, Sunday, Feb. 24, 2019 at Vidant Chowan Hospital, Edenton. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019 at the Bryan Funeral Service Columbia Chapel. Steve Bryan will officiate.
