2019 Northeastern NC Craft Workshop

The 2019 Northeastern North Carolina Craft Workshop will be held 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily on May 14 and 15 in the Vernon James Center on NC Highway 32 at Plymouth. Registration will be accepted on a “first come-first served” basis until March 25.
The workshop is designed for and open to everyone interested in learning a craft, whether hobbyist, adult or youth groups, craft teachers, small businesspersons, etc.
Classes include: basketry, bead weaving, copper enamel jewelry, crochet, decoy carving and painting, embroidery, fishing fly tying and small spinner bait, glass etching, Christmas tree on velvet jewelry, painting with acrylic, alcohol ink, or watercolors, polymer clay, quilting, sea grass stool construction, silver jewelry, basic stained glass, sterling silver wrapped jewelry, and yo-yo quilt or pillow top.

Registration fee is $10 per day. All registration fees are non-refundable, but transferable, and must be received by March 25. Class kit fees vary depending on class selection.

This annual workshop is conducted by Northeastern North Carolina Craft Workshop volunteers and is co-sponsored by NC Cooperative Extension.
