Mr. Isaac T. Boyd

Mr. Isaac Talmadge Boyd, age 64, a resident of Braddy Road, Washington, died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2019 from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington, conducted by Tony Krantz. Burial will follow in the Boyd Family Cemetery, Mill Hole Road, Washington. The following will serve as pallbearers: Alfonso Boyd, Rodrigo Perez, Rafael Perez, Jr., Thomas Boyd, Nicholas Yeatts and Austin Douglas.

Mr. Boyd was born in Beaufort County on Sept. 16, 1954. He was the son of the late Virgil Talmadge Boyd and Alice Wallace Boyd. Mr. Boyd was a self- employed farm mechanic. He was a member of Beaver Dam Church of Christ.

Mr. Boyd was past member of the Goose Creek and Southern Dismal Hunting Clubs. In his spare time, he enjoyed bear hunting and NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt, Sr.

Mr. Boyd is survived by two daughters, Liza Perez and her husband, Rafael, and Nancy Boyd all of Washington; brother, Phil T. Boyd and his wife, Emma of Washington; sister, Lou Bright and her husband, Danny of Washington; 12 grandchildren, Alfonso Boyd, Selina Perez, Rodrigo Perez, Rafael Perez, Jr., Alejandro Perez, Lorenzo Perez, Diego Perez, Daniella Perez, Thomas Boyd, Candace hare, Sydney Wright, Summer Wright; step son, Nicholas Yeatts and his wife, Heather Banks of Bath; and Brandi Woolard of Washington.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington and other times at the home of his daughter, Lisa Perez, 7394 U.S. Hwy 264 East, Washington. Online condolences may be offered to the family by visiting www.paulfuneralhome.com.
