Mr. Arlanda Gibbs, 88, of 803 W. Eighth St., Washington, died Thursday, April 4, 2019, at home. A memorial/funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
