Ms. Judy Casella, 66, of 6830 Paint Rock Lane, Raleigh, died Aug. 8, 2019, at home. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth. The family will be receiving friends at the home of her sister, Doris Barnes, 405 Brinkley Ave., Plymouth.
