A new agent has joined Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty. Natalie Edwards recently moved back to the community she loves, Beaufort County, to incorporate her construction management and historic preservation experience into her passion for real estate. She has worked with her family in the construction business for over 20 years.
Edwards has also built her own home and bought, renovated and sold a number of investment properties.
As a graduate of East Carolina University, a former educator and nonprofit leader who served in the Army Reserves, Edwards is anxious to apply her core values of faith, loyalty, integrity and hard work into helping others with their real estate requirements. Her keen, experienced eye will assist buyers with finding the right home and sellers in properly preparing their home for sale.
Edwards has a strong sense of community and is active with her church and several area nonprofits. Listening and identifying needs are strong suits Edwards has successfully demonstrated in her work and she is eager to put to good use with her clients.
Her proactive attitude is combined with the power of the Coldwell Banker, the most recognized and respected name in market. Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty is the No.1 ranked broker in Beaufort County.
