Mr. Luther “Bill Jack” Pope, 70, of 911 E. Seventh St., Washington, died Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
