Mr. James Thomas “Tom” Landen, 79, a resident of Washington, died Friday, Oct. 25, 2019, at his home. A graveside funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, at Oakdale Cemetery in Washington. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
