Mr. Jerome Carter, of 110 Lizel Lane, Blounts Creek, died Monday, Oct. 28, 2019, at the University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, at the St. Union Missionary Baptist Church, Blounts Creek. The interment will be at the family cemetery. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
